How can the predominantly IOS used Passbook in ubudu platform can be integrated with android phones? & how to push notifications on the phones without using the internet (or www URLs)?

    1) You can define an interaction rule in the manager platform which will have a deeplink URL to be opened in the passbook (open_pbk action). You can find it in the Triggering rules & actions section of your rule's settings (see screenshot).

    2) The interaction rules data are downloaded/updated when the app using the SDK is launched and there is network connection available. If the phone looses the internet later all the rules will still trigger properly as long as bluetooth(beacon interactions)/GPS(geofences) are available.

There is a problem of course if all the rules you defined are about to open web URLs but it's something you have to think of when designing your solution. Ubudu SDK is capable of handling the events in a completely custom way. You can define any json payload (see the screenshot again) that, at rule trigger time, is passed to the delegate object in you app and be handled by you in the code. This way your rule can e.g. popup certain views in your application or do whatever you code it to do.

To learn how to handle rules in a custom way please read the markdown doc i attached to this post.

So when you say the deep link in URL that would be opened in the passbook
so that means the link does not need to be a www link so it may not require
    internet(network) in that case.....

Passbook url should just open the wallet app. Deeplink url points to some app on your phone that will be launched. No internet connection is needed to do that.

Yes, what we talked about covers both platforms (iOS and Android)
